What’s in your History?

When you are using the internet there is a place called “history” in your computer that essentially tracks every site you visit. I can come over to your home, open your computer and go to “history” and I can see what you have been putting into your mind (looking at).

What if I could walk up to you and open your history? What if I could open your brain? I would be able to see what you have been viewing on the television, listening to on the radio or your phone. I would see what you are drinking and eating. I would be able to see what movies you have been watching, what you have been reading and just how much time you are spending on meaningless tasks in life.

What you put into your body has major effects, but you know this right? Did you know for every “bad” thing that you think you are getting away with, you really aren’t getting away with it? And for the positive things you are doing others will know this too! Our outer appearance, how we act, talk and behave, has a direct correlation of what we put into our bodies on daily basis. Ever heard of the phrase “garbage in garbage out?” Everything from positive to negative messages that are put in will eventually come out of us. Things come out of us in our attitudes, behavior, actions, tone of voice, physical appearance and much more.

Drink too much caffeine and people will be able to tell that you are perhaps a little too excited or hyper. Look at pornography and you begin to view women or men as objects to fulfill desires instead of looking to your spouse for love and intimacy. Watch movies with excessive cussing, or even hang around with people that cuss a lot and you will begin to use those same words in your speech. Eat too much junk food on a regular basis and you will begin to show this habit in your physical appearance.

What you put into your body is very important as it will find a way out of your body or affect your body in such a way that others will know what you are putting into your body.

Be careful of what you are allowing into your body – because what goes in will have impact on you and those around you.

So, what is in your history?
